WARRANTY

DRAKE & WRIGLEY WARRANTY

Drake & Wrigley Ltd offers a 5 year mechanical warranty on all products.
If a product is defective through materials or workmanship and repairable we shall repair it, otherwise a replacement will be supplied.
We cannot accept a warranty claim if the defect was caused by:

• Accidental damage, neglect or misuse.
• Surface damage occurring after purchase not caused by defects in material or workmanship.
• Scratches or finish discoloration through normal use or age.
• Failure to maintain product.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Defects caused by improper installation or product modification from original.
• Improper use such as in a commercial application for which the product was not designed for.
  Proper maintenance along with care and cleaning is essential for the retention of the products finish.
  
• Drake & Wrigley offers a 1-year warranty on the following finishes:
  Polished Brass, Satin Brass, Aged Brass, Oil Rubbed bronze, Powder-Coat, Satin Chrome, Satin Nickel, Chrome and Electro Bronze.
  These products are subject to deterioration, corrosion and oxidation through exposure to scratches, salt deposits, paint thinners and other caustic products. Our warranty does not cover claims in regard to finishes unless the defect is caused by our workmanship or materials.
  This is a parts only warranty, no claims for consequential damage or charges for removing or reinstallation will be accepted by Drake & Wrigley.
  This is a limited express warranty. We do not intend to exclude any rights or remedies that you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Nothing in our express warranty should be construed as limiting or restricting any other statutory rights or remedy you have available to you, except where the statute allows our warranty to override it.
